Rules & Regulations
THIS IS A NON GLITZ PAGEANT
Entries are open to females whose age division
will be determined by their age on the day of the pageant.
IN MEMORY OF HELEN KELLER, WE ENCOURAGE ANY FEMALE
WITH A DISABILITY TO COMPETE.
The pageant is held on Saturday, June 6, 2026 beginning at 2:00 p.m.
and will begin with Baby Miss division etc.
Participants should arrive no later than 12:00pm to the Roundhouse.
A non-refundable entry fee of $25 and a completed application
MUST be submitted for official entry.
Deadline to receive application is May 23, 2026.
All applications are submitted online.
The Helen Keller Festival reserves the right to
publicize any photos taken during the pageant.
Awards for winners in each age division:
Winner: Crown, Flowers, & Certificate
1st Runner Up: Flowers, & Certificate
2nd Runner Up: Flowers, & Certificate
Sunday Dresses are completely fine,
but most contestants do purchase a pageant dress.
Please Note that judging criteria for each age division will be solely based on
Personality, Poise and Projection, and Overall Appearance.

Baby Miss: 0-12 months
Toddler Miss Ivy Green: 13-23 months
Tiny Miss Ivy Green: 2-3 years old
Little Miss Ivy Green: 4-5 years old
Petite Miss Ivy Green: 6-7 years old
Young Miss Ivy Green: 8-9 years old
Junior Miss Ivy Green: 10-12 years old
Teen Miss Ivy Green: 13-15 years old
Miss Ivy Green: 16-19 years old

Winner: Sash & Certificate
- Open to all registered contestants.
- Entries are open to females whose age division will be determined by their age on the day of the pageant.
- Photo must be current and a good likeness.
- Picture can be in color or black & white.
- Entry must be submitted to pageant@helenkellerfestival.com with the subject “Miss Photogenic Entry” after submitting your application. We will only accept the digital copy.
- Quality of the photograph is important. Photos should be clear.
- Entries will not be accepted if they represent any other Pageant system through crown, banner, or other materials.
- Many professional photos have copyrights. Please make sure your photo submission is not breaking any copyright regulations. The contest understands that we are free to use any photo that you send us and that we are not liable for the reproduction of photos.
- The decision of the judges is final. No refunds.
- Entry’s will NOT be processed until both photo entry, pageant application, and payment are received.
